Ada dua opsi kelanjutan revisi UU KPK yang saat ini sudah dilimpahkan Komisi III ke Baleg DPR, yaitu dirumuskan ulang atau dihentikan. FPD memilih opsi yang disebut terakhir. Seperti saran Presiden SBY, sebaiknya revisi UU KPK dihentikan.
